POST-OPERATIVE

and parametrial
(approximately 0.5 cm) margin
that can extend into the
perivesicular or perirectal fat

The CTV should end 3.0 cm below the vaginal marker, or 1.0 cm above the
bottom of the obturator foramen (whichever is most inferior)
