What needs to be in the

nodal CTV

• The

internal iliac

(hypogastric) lymph nodes, including the

pre-sciatic, obturator and internal pudental nodes

• The

external iliac

lymph nodes (medial & central chains

mainly with some coverage of lateral chain if within pelvic

brim)

• Pre-sacral

lymph nodes anterior to the first three sacral

segments.

• Some may also include all or part of the

common iliac

nodes

(medial group anterior to sacral promontory)
