Guestroom internet services, unlimited local
phone calls and long distance (toll free calls), first
two (2) pages of incoming faxes, access to in-
room safe, use of self-parking facilities, unlimited
admission to the WestinWORKOUT Fitness Center,
and complimentary shuttle service to
La Encantada Shopping Center.
Important cut-off info:
Our Room Block will be held up to, but no later
than September 9th at 5 p.m. At that time,
La Paloma will release any unused portion of the
room block, but continue to accept reservations
based upon room and rate availability.
After this point, the resort will no longer be able
to guarantee the contracted group rate.

Single and Double rate
(plus applicable taxes and fees)
CHECK IN: 3PM CHECK OUT: 12PM
If booked before September 9th, the group room rate
will be available 3 days prior and 3 days after the event
dates, subject to availability of guest rooms at the time
of reservation.
Cancellation of Reservations:
The Hotel has three (3) day individual cancellation policy. If a guest needs to cancel their
reservation, they need to do so at least three (3) days prior to their arrival date to avoid
penalty. If they cancel inside of three (3) days, the Hotel will charge one (1) night room and
tax to guest’s credit card.
