Members, their staff and suppliers will gather to kickoff the events of the meeting. Hors d’oeuvres and

A continental breakfast with hot items will be served. Discussions on corporate business and
presentations from several major suppliers will take place. An election will be held to fill the vacancies
on the Board of those members whose terms will be expiring. Reminder: This meeting is mandatory
for all members or their representative. If you are unable to attend, please have your proxy signed
and turned in prior to this meeting. Note: Another member cannot represent you at this meeting.
