Sikora now has a parent-and-child
office. Fathers and mothers have the
opportunity to bring their children into
the company in a child-care emergency.
In the parent-and-child office, they can
continue working while caring for their
children. The aim of this facility is to
strengthen reconciliation of work and
family life.
In particular, at unpredictable situations
as for example when child-care is
missing or to bridge holiday time
of kindergartens, the office helps to
combine
familiar
and
professional
reasons.

to avoid absenteeism of the working
parents,”

The recently furnished parent-and-child
office addresses children of all ages. From
the changing table pad, a lying area, child
bed, toys, painting supplies, to books and
toy blocks, parents have everything their
children need.
Equipment was financed by the company
and from donations by employees.
