Carlson Club for Planners
You can earn valuable rewards for booking your next meeting, event or convention. Club Carlson for
Planners is a unique hotel rewards program exclusively for meeting and event planners. Whether you’re
planning large or small corporate events, or you’re a special events planner arranging dinners and
weddings, you can earn points with Club Carlson for Planners when you book your event at more than
1,000 participating Carlson hotels worldwide.
Earning points:
Earn 5 Gold Points per USD/Euro spent on total qualifying event purchases at any participating
Carlson hotel. This includes any combination of meeting room, hotel room, or food and
beverage expenses charged to the master bill.
Your event attendees are not required to participate in Club Carlson for you to earn points.
There is no cap on the earning potential, everything is based on final event revenue(s)
Radisson Hotel Carbon Meetings
At the Radisson Hotel Edmonton South we take sustainability seriously and the impact our actions and
events have on it. We currently have programs in place to help in our own small way:

to commit to a global meetings and events
carbon offsetting initiative
Members can book meetings and events globally knowing that carbon credits will be
automatically purchased to offset the estimated carbon footprint, at no cost to the planner or
client.
Club Carlson has partnered with Carbon Footprint to purchase these carbon credits. Each ton of
carbon will be offset with investments in renewable energy in India, plus the planting of one
tree in the Great Rift Valley in Kenya.
