Thank you for your interest in the Sawridge Inn and Conference Centre Edmonton South. We look forward to
the opportunity of being a host hotel for the JEHOVAH’S WITNESSES’ 2017 REGIONAL CONVENTION should
Edmonton Alberta be selected as host city. Currently we have space available for your preferred dates of July
20th to 23rd, 2017.
First Nation’s owned Sawridge Inn and Conference Centre Edmonton South is a full service hotel conveniently
located in the heart of the South Edmonton business district, with immediate access to 2 of Edmonton’s
arterial roads positioning the property 20 minutes from the Edmonton International Airport and a shorter drive
to key facilities and attractions such as; Northlands Park, Rogers Place, University of Alberta, Edmonton’s River
Valley, Old Strathcona, in addition to a wide variety of services, shops, big-box stores, restaurants and much
more in the immediate area.
Sawridge Inn and Conference Centre Edmonton South features 135 spacious, quiet and comfortable guest
rooms furnished with 2 queen size or 1 king size exclusive signature Dreamer’s Wanted Luxury beds. In room
amenities include all natural Mother Earth Essentials locally made bath products. Creations Dining Room is
our full service restaurant that serves a hearty Breakfast Buffet from 6:30 am to 10 am daily; we also have full
choice menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as all day in-room dining. All guestroom rates include
complimentary parking, wireless internet access, access to the 24 hour fitness centre, 24 hour guest laundry
and business centre access.
Based on your requirements The Sawridge Inn and Conference Centre Edmonton South will offer the following
for your event:

The above rates are:
1. Inclusive of a full hot buffet breakfast for up to 2 people over the age of 18
2. For accommodation based on single or double occupancy – additional person over the age of 18 is an
additional $20 plus tax each night
3. Quoted in Canadian funds; Net, non-commissionable;
4. Hotel room rates are subject to 3% DMF (Destination Marketing Fee), 4% Alberta Tourism Levy and 5%
GST
5. Sawridge Inn and Conference Centre Edmonton South will grant a 21 day cut-off; at which time any of
the guestrooms/night priced at the negotiated rate as stated in the above table cannot be guaranteed
and will be confirmed on a space and rate available basis only
6. 24 hour cancelation policy will be granted to individual room reservations
7. 10% off FOOD in property’s outlets; Creations Dining Room and Lounge
8. The aforementioned negotiated rate will be available to delegates staying in the hotel up to 3 days
prior to contracted date of arrival and/or 3 days post contracted departure date
