Guaranteed Reservations: All reservations must be guaranteed at the time of booking, by either
a credit card or deposit of the first night charge or a PO # for Direct Billing. No 4pm or 6PM
Holds will be allowed on any reservations.
Damage Deposit: Group credit card is required for damage deposit or individual payment for
100.00 per room. Damages includes: noise complaints, extra cleaning, and lost or damage of
hotel’s property.
Number of people: Rate is for up to 4 people per room.
Special Requests: Smoking or non-smoking rooms must be noted on rooming list and will be
provided on availability on receipt of rooming list.
Cut Off Date: June 22, 2017 (Any rooms not picked up will be released at this date).
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of the group must be received by the hotel no later than July
06, 2017. Cancellation after this date will be charged 1 night room and tax per room.
Rooming List: Due to the hotel July 13 2017.
Breakfast: Continental breakfast with hot waffles is included.
Taxes: All rates DO NOT include Taxes & Fees (12.15% – Hotel Tax, GST & DMF).
