GUEST ROOM ACCOMMODATIONS: July 19, 2017 - July 26, 2017
Guest room rates are quoted in Canadian funds on a per night basis in
single or double occupancy, are net, non commissionable and subject to
taxes as indicated below. For additional adults in the room, please add $15
per person, per night. Children under the age of 18 stay for free when
sharing with adults. Negotiated room rates are available to your guests
three days pre and post actual event dates (based on availability). Check in
time is after 4:00 pm and check out time is before 11:00 am.

Reduced Parking Rate of $10.00 per vehical, per day (reduced from $17.00 per vehical, per day
Complimentary Wifi throughout the hotel and all public spaces
Planner Points Program is not in affect
Hotel is willing to work with the Event Planner Rooming Contract
Group rates are available two days pre and two days post convention dates (Based on Availability
at time of Reservation)
TAXES & FEES:
The following taxes and fees apply, and are subject to change without notice:
Guest Room Accommodations: 12.27%
Tourism Levy: 4%
Destination Marketing Fee (DMF): 3%
Goods & Services Tax (GST): 5%
Tax exempt establishments must provide the appropriate documentation to the Hotel together with the signed
contract or are subject to paying the taxes. Goods & Services Tax (GST) also applies to Destination Marketing
Fee (DMF). Tourism Levy applies to the Destination Marketing Fee (DMF).
Please note, the hotel is currently not holding any of the above mentioned space. If you wish to confirm your
