Chase is a broker of Hodges Realty. He
attended UNCW and is a graduate of
North Surry High School. He received
his Real Estate license from The Market
Place Academy in Wilmington, NC in
2017. He was born and raised in Surry
County, NC. Chase has experience in
both new construction development and
general brokerage through Intracostal
Realty of Wilmington, NC. Chase is
excited to have returned home to assist
the people of Mount Airy in all real estate
needs.

Jason made Mount Airy home six years
ago when he moved here with his family
from Durham. He and his wife Liz chose
this area as the place where they wanted
to raise their three children because of
the welcoming community, the beautiful
natural surroundings, and the proximity
to Winston-Salem. Jason is a member and
an elder at First Presbyterian Church of
Mount Airy, an avid outdoorsman, a maker
of excellent pizzas, and an advocate for
the future of the city of Mount Airy. He
enjoys Real Estate because it gives him the
opportunity to meet and work with new and
interesting people every day.
