MR. ALBERT CAGNEY, Solicitor, died on

the 23rd March, 1938, at St. Ann's Hill,

County Cork.

Mr. Cagney was admitted

in Trinity

Sittings, 1883, and practised at Cork.

APPOINTMENTS.

Mr.

J. Connellan

has

been

appointed State Solicitor for the County of

Longford.

Mr. Christopher T. F. Russell has been

appointed County Registrar to the Circuit

Court Office for County Cork, and has also

been appointed District Probate Registrar

at Cork, to hold both offices as from llth

April, 1938.

The Chief Justice has appointed

the

following to be Notaries Public :—

Henry E. Donegan, Solicitor, Cobh, for the

County and City of Cork.

Owen Binchy, Solicitor, Charleville, for the

Counties of Limerick and Cork.
