Rent

Please propose a NNN rent

to lease the Extension Premises for the ten (10) year lease term, copying over the

chart if multiple buildings or rent structures are involved. If lower rent space (such as below grade space) is a

part of this proposal, please provide the proposed NNN rent for that space separately. If the rate varies by

floor, please provide one blended rate only for the entire occupancy. In addition, on the chart below, please

consumed in the premises, please confirm that CareFirst shall be separately metered for all utilities

consumed by CareFirst and that all costs associated with such metering (installation, etc.) shall be borne by
