YIN YANG FUSION:
THE DRAGON FLOW
‘Yin Yang Fusion: The Dragon Flow’
is a blend of Indian yoga and Dao-
ist practices. This practice starts
up in yang cycles and stages, flow-
ing energy and generating heat.
Then the practice slows into a yin
mode where postures are held
in stillness for a few breaths. Just
before the finale of shavasana, we
cool down with the Golden Seed.
