To appoint a team of 4 people who will monitor and coordinate all duties
through the week and act as a reference point.

To study practical proposals for means of identification of all newcomers and
residents in Auroville and to present these to the Forum at the earliest.

To study practical proposals for all – guests, newcomers and residents in
Auroville – to seek and obtain permission for access to the Inner Chamber
every time, and to present these to the Forum at the earliest, as part of a
comprehensive introduction to overall policies and practical requirements.
