Anné Desormier-Cartwright has practiced law for 31 years in Florida. She is the managing
partner of Elder and Estate PlanningAttorneys PA and co-owner of SageTitle and Escrow Inc. a
full service title and escrow company which covers all of Florida for Real Estate closings. Her law
practice estate planning, wills and trusts, estate, probate and trust administration, Medicaid
Planning, Veterans pension benefits planning, Special Needs Trust planning, and probate and
trust litigation, Real Estate law, including landlord
tenant leasepreparation, evictions, securitydeposits,
property management law and civil litigation
involving real estate, landlord tenant disputes and
title issues. She also served as an assistant county
attorney for Palm Beach County Attorney’s Office.
She graduated from Boston University School of
Law and Penn State with High Distinction.
