Meet Our Group
Rachael began her real estate career in 2005 and
immediately set the bar by winning, “Rookie of the
Year.” Since then, she has continued to increase her
position among top producers and is currently ranked
in the top 1% for sales production. Rachael’s mother,
a 30-year veteran in the real estate business, played
a large role in her early success and still serves as a
member of Rachael’s team. Rachael’s father, a retired
Colonel in the United States Marine Corps, instilled
responsibility and accountability early in Rachael’s life,
to which she attributes her impeccable work ethic and
drive. Working alongside her husband and partner,
Ben, her determination, management and leadership
skills allow her to consistently be among the top Real
Estate agents.
Top Agent Magazine
recently featured Rachael in a
nationwide article, and Who’s Who In Business ranks
her among the top 10 female agents in Arizona for
2011 and 2012. Rachael and her team are extremely
grateful for the opportunity to serve every client and
provide the highest level of residential real estate
service possible.

What’s one goal you’re constantly striving to achieve?

our company and we want to show them our sincerest gratitude
for their business and for giving us the opportunity to serve them.

With an accomplished background in sales and
small business ownership, Ben’s group operations
and contract negotiating skills and expertise ensure
that the process of buying or selling Real Estate
with the Rachael Richards Group is seamless.
It starts with building a professional relationship
based on communication–as Rachael’s husband
and partner, Ben is involved in every step, from the
first day through close of escrow. With customer
service always at the forefront, his role is essential
in meeting the individual needs of each client as well
as contributing to the team’s overall success.

Who do you admire and why?
Rachael, for many reasons but a big one is her drive. She has
incredible endurance and determination. As she sets a new goal in
her mind, she always sees past that point and will continue under
any circumstance to achieve it, and then some.
Which historical time period would you like to visit?
I would most like to visit the 70’s so I could have done something
to stop the 80’s from happening.
What makes you laugh out loud?
Our son, Max. Man, that kid is hilarious. He found a pillow in a store
recently that was shaped and decorated like a giant doughnut. His
response was “Finally, I can eat while I’m sleeping!” He was, of
course, completely serious and dressed like a ninja.
