Meet Our Group
Patty Hornbeck started in Real Estate in 1999,
and as Transaction Manager for the Rachael
Richards Group, Patty’s responsibilities include
managing the paperwork flow in transactions,
inputting/maintaining files in numerous systems,
preparing and activating listings, and managing
Realtor feedback. Patty feels the energy and
attitude of everyone at the Rachael Richards
Group is contagious, and that the integrity and
professionalism is unmatched. Patty has three
children, 11 brothers and sisters, and has learned
that a sense of humor is mandatory…as is offering
a warm smile.

I love the satisfaction of happy buyers & sellers realizing their dreams.
What’s one thing about you that surprises people?
Many people are surprised to hear that I have eleven brothers
& sisters!

Lynn started in the Real Estate business in 1993.
Realizing early on that her forte was in facilitating
the paperwork and managing an office, she made
her dream come true: a single parent at the time,
Lynn worked hard at doing the most in the time she
had, and was able to spend as much time with her
children as she could.
Attaining her Broker’s License in 2007, Lynn has
put her knowledge to work within the Rachael
Richards Group as the office manager. Called
the “Queen of Paperwork” by her co-worker and
friends, the Rachael Richards Group knows that
it can rely on Lynn’s experience to get the job
done right. Lynn’s biggest joy is in knowing her
job contributes to the success of the agents. Lynn
has two children, a daughter-in-law, a wonderful
significant other, and two dogs. When time allows,
Lynn enjoys reading, watching TV and going out
for adventures with her kids.

I enjoy going out for expeditions, reading, and watching TV.
