Coffee breaks will be served in the Planck Lobby and Meitner Hall.
Lunches will be served in the Restaurant, which is located on the basement level of the building.
Additional seating will be available in Laue Hall. Lunch is provided on August 26, 27, 28, and
29.
On Sunday, August 27, a barbeque banquet dinner will be provided at 18:00, upon the conclusion
of the evening’s poster session. Dinner will be served at the Restaurant Terrace, with seating also
available in the Restaurant and Einstein Lounge. Should inclement weather occur, this event will
take place in the Restaurant and Laue Hall.
Internet
Wi-Fi will be available throughout all areas of Harnack Haus. Attendees will receive a passcode
at registration for logging in to the network.
Smoking
Please be advised that smoking is not permitted inside Harnack Haus or the meeting facilities.
Smoking is permitted in designated outside areas.
Name Badges
Name badges are required to enter all scientific sessions, poster sessions, and social functions.
Please wear your badge throughout the conference.
