Mr. W. G. Wakely, Secretary, read the

notice convening

the meeting,

also

the

minutes of the Half-yearly General Meeting

held on 16th May last, which latter were

signed by the President, who also signed the

audited accounts of the Society for the year

ending 30th April, 1913.

The Secretary further submitted the Report

of the Scrutineers of the ballot for election of

Council for the year ending 26th November,

1914, which stated that the following had

been

returned unopposed

as Provincial
