to taste

Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, grate nutmeg over

and serve.

CLOVER LEAF

Lemon

1 spoon Grenadine

1 spoon

Egg

^ of white Mint

1 sprig

Bruise mint and shake all well with ice. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.

add 1 mint leaf and serve.

54 of yolk Nutmeg

to taste

Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, grate nutmeg over

Maraschino

2 dashes Pineapple Syrup ..2 dashes

Stir well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, add dash of cham

pagne, twist lemon peel over and serve.

Angostura

Stir well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, add Maraschino cherry,

twist lemon peel over and serve.
