Mini-Circuits’ new EP2W1+ MMIC
2-way 0˚ splitter/combiner offers an
industry-leading combination of
bandwidth and tiny size, covering
applications from 0.5 to 9.5GHz in a
5x5mm QFN. This model is ideal for
wideband systems at lower
frequency application bands like
Radar, SatCom, LTE, WiMAX and
more. The splitter/combiner
provides low insertion loss (1.0 to
3.4dB), 19dB isolation, 0.1dB
amplitude unbalance and 3˚ phase
unbalance. It handles up to 2.5W
RF input power as a splitter and has
an ESD rating of HBM Class 2.
Consistent performance across its
entire frequency range allows users
to reduce part numbers on their bill
of materials with one model, and its
size gives designers a new level of
performance and flexibility to use
almost anywhere on their PCB.

is a 2-Way 0° Splitter/Combiner
providing power handling up to
100W as a splitter (2W as a
combiner) for applications from 650
to 6200MHz. This model provides
0.5dB typical insertion loss across
its entire operating frequency range,
22dB isolation, 2° phase unbalance,
and 0.15dB amplitude unbalance.
The unit comes housed in a rugged
aluminum alloy case measuring
3.19x4.18x4.09” with your choice of
SMA or N-Type connectors and an
optional cooling fan.

Mini-Circuits’ ZFSWA2R-63DR+ is a
general purpose SPDT solid state
absorptive RF switch covering a
wide range of applications from 500
to 6000MHz including high-speed
testers, automated switching
networks, wireless infrastructure,
military and more. This model
provides very fast switching time of
just 35ns, 65dB isolation, and 1.4dB
insertion loss. It features an
integrated CMOS driver and operates
on a single 3-5V supply with 5µA
control current. The switch is suitable
for any environment and comes
housed in a rugged, aluminum alloy
case (1.25x1.25x0.75”) with SMA
connectors and an optional mounting
bracket.
