Mini-Circuits’ TC4-6T-75X+ is a
surface mount, DC isolated
transformer with a secondary center
tap that covers the 0.6 to 600MHz
band. This model provides a 4:1
secondary/primary impedance ratio,
1.0dB insertion loss, 0.6dB amplitude
unbalance, 3° phase unbalance and
0.25W RF input power handling.
Featuring core and wire construction
mounted on a 5-lead plastic base, the
unit measures 0.15x0.15x0.16”,
accommodating dense PCB layouts
and includes Mini-Circuits Top Hat®
feature for faster, more accurate pick-
and-place assembly. The TC4-6T-75X+
is an ideal solution for upstream signal
chains in CATV and broadband fiber
networks, as well as many more
applications.

Variable Gain Amplifier with
6-Bit Serial Control, 0.45 to
2.4GHz
Mini-Circuits’ DVGA1-242A+ digitally
controlled variable gain amplifier
provides 30dB gain with 31.5dB gain
control in 0.5dB steps over the 0.45
to 2.4GHz frequency range.
Designed with an integrated digital
attenuator, this model features a 6-bit
serial control interface and provides
excellent attenuation accuracy within
±0.1dB enabling precise gain control
for a wide range of applications
including base station infrastructure,
GPS, LTE, and more. The amplifier
provides +22dBm P1dB, output IP3
of +35dBm, and 2.5dB noise figure.
The DVGA1-242A+ combines
multiple functions common in TX/RX
architectures into a single 5x5mm
MCLP package, reducing PCB real
estate requirements and simplifying
circuit designs.

Mini-Circuits’ CBP-1645J+ surface
mount ceramic coaxial-resonator-
based band pass filter has a passband
of 1622 to 1668MHz, supporting
satellite IF applications, radio
astronomy and more. This model
provides 1.3dB passband insertion
loss and 27dB upper and lower
stopband rejection with steep roll-off
in the transition. It can handle up to
8WRF input power and comes housed
in a miniature shielded case
(0.46x0.66x0.18”), making it ideal for
dense PCB layouts. The filter features
rugged construction, qualified to
withstand a wide range of thermal,
mechanical and environmental
conditions for outstanding reliability in
tough operating environments.
