roads. No overloading, low load factor.

Medium Continuous operation at an average gross weight approaching recommended. Minimal

overloading, good haul roads, moderate load factor.

High

Continuous operation at or above maximum recommended gross weight. Overloading,

poor haul roads, high load factor.
