has recently completed a major business expansion scheme fund raising. The company is engaged in international
financial services and asset financing to overseas customers. Applications are invited for the following poisition.
Corporate / Commercial Solicitor (ref C.C.S. 2)
Reporting to the director of Corporate and Legal affairs the successful applicant will ideally have :
•
An ability to work on own initiative with a minimum of supervision;
•
a minimum of two years relevant post qualification experience;
•
been apprenticed to a leading commercial firm;
•
experience in financial services/large ticket asset financing arrangements as well as in general legal areas,
commercial acumen, first class legal and communicative skills;
•
the skill to initiate and develop structures and innovative documents;
•
the ability to work successfully to deadlines.
Frequent overseas travel will be involved and a knowledge of foreign legal and taxation systems and practices together
with appropriate foreign language ability will be advantageous.
The remuneration package will reflect the importance of the above position.
