enables us to change the lives of so many children, parents, siblings and grandparents, as well as impact
on society in Israel and internationally.
The highlight of 2012 was Beit Issie Shapiro’s appointment as a Special Consultant in the field of
disabilities, to the United Nations Economic and Social Council.
But by far the most significant moments happen every day at Beit Issie Shapiro, when our children
overcome great daily challenges, fulfill their true potential, and blossom in many wondrous ways.
Your vital support enables us to develop innovative programs, improve quality of life, change attitudes
in society, share our knowledge, and spread our wings in the care and treatment of people with
disabilities.
You are truly making a difference in the lives of over 30,000 children and adults with disabilities and
their families, each year.
