on the level of a representative sample of sites that we selected

on the basis of their activity, contribution to the consolidated indicators, location

and a risk analysis, we carried out interviews in order to verify the correct application of the procedures and performed detailed tests on the basis

of samples, so as to check the completed calculations and to compare the data with the supporting documentation. The selected sample thus

represents, on average, 22% of the workforce considered to be the characteristic variable of the social component and between 20% and 42% of

the environmental data considered to be the characteristic variables of the environmental component.

For the other consolidated CSR Information, we assessed consistency based on our understanding of the Company.

Finally, we also assessed the relevance of the explanations given for any information that was not disclosed, either in whole or in part.

We believe that the sampling methods and sample sizes used, based on our professional judgement, allow us to express limited assurance; a higher

level of assurance would have required more extensive verification work. As a result of the use of sampling techniques and other limitations intrinsic

to the operation of any information and internal control system, we cannot completely rule out the possibility that a material irregularity has not been

detected.

Conclusion

Based on our work, nothing has come to our attention that causes us to believe that the CSR Information, taken as a whole, is not presented fairly, in

all material respects, in accordance with the Guidelines.
