The'project will be carried out in a series of phases. Under
preparation
is the remodelling of the Blue Warehouse, an
18th century
warehouse north of Larsens Plads, into a
contemporary
office structure.
The next
phase will be a banqueting hall in direct
connection with
the Magnum Hotel, the 950-bed deluxe
hotel
housed in
another old warehouse south of the site,
which is tp
open
in
Summer 1974.
The whole
site will be established from the very start as a
civic reality
with its public thoroughfares, pedestrian
passages and squares.
