Guide to Online Banking

GENERAL INFORMATION:

SELF ENROLLMENT FOR NEW USERS

1.

Enter all information below. When finished, click

Submit Enrollment

.

2.

A new window will open providing you with Online Credentials. Write down the

password provided, then click the

Here

link. The Here link will take you back to

the Login Home Page.

3.

Enter your

Login Name

created in step one, then click

Login

.

4.

Enter the

Password

you received in step two, then click

Login

.

5.

Select a Secure Access Code delivery channel, then click

Submit

.

6.

Once you receive your secure access code, enter it in the provided field and click

Submit

.

7.

Select

Register Device

as desired, then click

Submit

.

8.

Select Activate Browser as desired and click

Submit

.

9.

Read the disclosure and click

I Accept

.

10.

Review Profile and note changes to be made on Address Change later, then click Submit.

11.

When asked if you accept changes, click

OK

.

12.

Here you may change your password. Use the password you received in step two as your old

password and click

Submit

.

13.

You are now in Online Banking.

FIRST TIME LOGIN AFTER CONVERSION

1.

Go to the UVA credit union homepage and enter your Login ID, then click

Login

.

2.

Do not enter a password. Check

“I am a first time user”

and click

Login

.

3.

Select a Secure Access Code delivery method from the list that you can access immediately

and then click

Submit

.

4.

You will receive a 6 digit number via the channel you selected, Enter the 6 digit code in the

access code screen, then click

Submit

.

5.

You will proceed to the Complete Enrollment Screen. Read the Online Banking Services

Agreement and click

I Accept

.

6.

You will be presented with a view-only profile screen. Please review the contact information

here. If anything is incorrect, you can go to the Change Address menu option in Online

Banking to make corrections once you are fully logged in. Click

Submit

to continue.

7.

A pop-up will open to verify that you want to change your User Preferences, click

OK

.

8.

You will be prompted to Change Your Password. Create a new

Password

that meets the

criteria on the screen and click

Submit

.

9.

You are now logged into Online Banking. You will be asked to activate your browser. If you

activate for later use, you will only need your Login ID and Password each time you use

Online Banking. If you don’t, you will need a Secure Access Code each time you use Online

Banking. Public computers should not be activated.
