Use Pousse Cajl Glass.
/^NE-HALF orange curagoa; one-half
green mint. Pour carefully so that
they will not mix.
Port Wine Flip.
Use Mixing Glass.
/f%NE teaspoonful powdered sugar; one
VJr wine-glass port wine; one fresh egg.
Fill glass half full of shaved ice. Shake
well, strain into star champagne glass, and
grate a little nutmeg on top.
Port Wine Sangfaree-
Use Mixing Glass.
/^NE teaspoonful sugar dissolved in a
little water; one wine - glass port
wine; five or six lumps of ice. Stir with
spoon. Strain into a star champagne glass,
and grate a little nutmeg on top.
