Coral Reef Commons

Coral Reef Commons is being developed by Ram into a mixed-use, retail and multifamily residential project. Situated along SW 152nd Street, just north of Zoo

Miami, the development is located roughly three miles from the majority of the Portfolio (Maksanim, Mak Too and Mak 3). There will be over 200,000 SF of

retail, with committed tenants including Walmart, L.A. Fitness, Chick-fil-A, Chili’s and Panera Bread, as well as 600 garden-style apartments adjacent to the retail

segment. Phase I of the residential development will include 408 units, with the remaining units to be built in future phases.

This development speaks to the continued densification of southern Miami-Dade County, within close proximity of the offering. Within a five-mile radius of this

new project, the average household income exceeds $80,000 for a population of approximately 340,000 residents.
