MV CT: Mechanical rigidity of the system minimizes
geometrical uncertainties.
MV CBCT: Geometrical uncertainties are quantified and
included in projection matrices and filtered back projection
algorithm.
Image quality:
Always worse than planning CT
MV CT and CBCT mostly ready to be used for dose
calculations
Patient dose:
Depends on what you ask for.
