Materials andWaste Storage & Management:

Containers/Drums/Tanks – in good working condition, labeled properly, inspected monthly, all leaks cleaned

up properly

Building:

Fire extinguishers – in working condition, inspected monthly, locations marked

Ventilation – working properly, employees trained, used during work hours when needed

Electrical outlets – in good condition, not over loaded

Emergency Exits – labeled, emergency routes marked (on map), no obstructions

Floors:

Free of oil and grease, no cracks, floor drains protected

Health and Safety:

HAZCOM – program in-place, employees trained, training logs maintained, chemical inventory maintained

SDSs – all necessary SDSs on-site and accessible to employees

Eyewash – in working condition, not obstructed, capable of 15 minute continuous flow (minimum) at a tepid

temperature

General Equipment:

Tank permits and inspections— registration posted on-site, all information available, inspection logs

maintained

Lifts – functioning properly, inspected regularly

Electrical cords – in good condition,

no fraying or repairs
