ABC Plan
Effective 1/1/2014, ABC offered a fully insured, dual option voluntary dental program through Met
Life and an Executive dental plan. Prior to January 2014, ABC self-funded their plans through
Delta Dental.
Employees are eligible for coverage the first of the month following date of hire. The company
contributes approximately 60% of premiums for employees and eligible dependents.
