Issue of New Land Certificates
An application has been received from the registered owner
mentioned in the Schedule hereto for the issue of a Land
Certificate in substitution for the original Land Certificate
issued in respect of the lands specified in the Schedule which
original Land Certificates are stated to have been lost or
inadvertently destroyed.
A new certificate will be issued unless notification is received
n the Registry within twenty-eight days from the date of
publication of this notice that the original Certificate is in
existence and in the custody of some person other than the
registered owner. Any such notification should state the
grounds on which the Certificate is being held.

Mr. Percival Browne, LL.D. died on 25th November
1971. Mr. Browne was admitted in Michaelmas Term
1919 and practised as a partner in the firm of Messrs.
Whitney, Moore and Keller, Dublin, until his retire-
ment about 1955.

Mr. Patrick Branigan died in October 1971. Mr.

Mr. Daniel White died on 24th November 1971. Mr.
White was admitted in Easter Term 1951 and had
recently practised as a partner in the firm of Messrs.
Muldowney and White, Lower Ormond Quay, Dublin.
