(breast + regional nodes; mediastinal
lymphoma)

With gated treatments (left-sided breast)

When dose is a concern (same +
pediatrics)

When the potential of CBCT hasn’t been
evaluated yet (palliative)
–
And…. As a back-up when problems with
CBCT!
