Roaring River Vineyards

The vineyard is reminiscent of a French hillside vine-

yard on the Roaring River near Stone Mountain State

Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway.The tasting room, res-

taurant, event venue and lodgings are located riverside

and offer spectacular views to be enjoyed throughout

the seasons.What can be better than enjoying a lovely

glass of wine on the covered porch that overlooks the

river and historic site of the Brewer Mill.

Round Peak Vineyards

Round PeakVineyards features 13 acres of vineyards

and produces 10 French and Italian varietals.All of the

award-winning wines are estate-bottled, using only

grapes grown in their vineyard. Skull Camp is also now

brewing beer on-site.They are also dog-friendly. Special

events and festivals are held throughout the year.

They welcome dog owners, RVs and bus tours (call

ahead, please) and anyone is welcome to bring their

bikes and ride on the vineyard’s trails, which are also

open for jogging and hiking.An on-site four-bedroom

house is available for overnight rentals.The winery and

vineyards is available for weddings and special events.

Shelton Vineyards

Located near Dobson, SheltonVineyards is the

largest family-owned estate winery in North

Carolina.The facility features Harvest Grill

Creek Bottom Brews

This brewery started in 2013 in Galax,VA.They opened

a second location in Mount Airy in 2017. Creek Bottom

produces six year around beers and multiple seasonal

ales from our attached brewery in the Galax location.

The restaurant focuses on wood-fired brick-oven pizza,

smoked wings, handcrafted sandwiches & awesome

appetizers. Creek Bottom has 32 beers on tap! Custom-
