business including marketing, estimating, production, quality control & policy, while
working closely with all clients and personnel.

EXPERIENCE
John is a 4th generation contractor with over 40 years of construction industry
experience in the Southeastern United States. He is a certified General Contractor
in the states of Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. He also
holds a Florida Real Estate License and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
John became Vice President of Tribble & Stephens Company after
only 5 years, and managed over 2 million square feet of retail, office
and industrial work. He formed J. Raymond & Associates, Inc. in
1988.
