Role
As a Vice President, Dan will plan, direct and control work activities. He will establish
project activities, policies, procedures and performance standards and monitor/
control construction through administrative direction of on-site Superintendent to
ensure project is built on schedule and within budget; investigate potentially serious
situations and implement corrective measures .

EXPERIENCE
Dan has over 24 years of experience in the management of commercial and
industrial projects and has completed multiple retail, office, distribution and
educational facilities for a number of national clients and developers.
His experience encompasses a wide variety of types of building construction, and he
has been responsible for as much as $35 million of multiple, on-going projects in
various stages of completion.
