We all know
Martina Haut
who recently was in the Business Development
Office, assisting our Business Development Manager
Pamela Rudd.
Martina has now gone back to her first love – Food and Beverage as
Catering and Special Events Director
. She is anxious to be of service to all
our members, whether it is a home party, a party at the club, a
committee function or a question pertaining to catering.
Johanna (Jo) Collado
is known for assisting all of us in the POA Office. She
has been tapped to take the position recently vacated by Martina. Jo
will now be
Internal Communications Manager
in the Business
Development Office assisting Pamela Rudd.
New in the POA office is
Susie Carrasquillo
and
Sierra Parry.
They are
there to assist you, always with a pleasant smile.
RYAN LAX
is our newest staff member and is the relief manager of
the various dining facilities. When the Sports Bar renovations are
completed he will be the Sports Bar Manager.
Just before coming to Frenchman’s, Ryan was the Dining Room
Manager at Eastpointe Country Club. Ryan hails from Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania where he was the food and beverage supervisor of 10
Arts Restaurant with celebrity chef, Eric Ripert. He helped to
supervise the Opening of Coda in Rittenhouse Square. It is the
biggest nightclub in Philly. Ryan attended Arizona State School for
film and drama but was drawn into the food and beverage
business and became a manger in one of Chicago’s fine steak
houses. He then helped to open and recruit staff for the “Bull and
Bear Bar,” which to this day is still the number one bar in Chicago.
From there, Ryan went to the Ritz Carlton Hotels Company and
gleaned more experience and expertise in the field of hospitality,
food and beverage. His specialty is opening new upscale dining
facilities, hiring the staff and training them. He is well versed in social
media and has a background in the knowledge of liquor needed
to open fine restaurants and bars.
We are happy to welcome Ryan to the Frenchman’s Creek staff
and community and are happy he decided to move to Florida
from Philadelphia
