Precision engineered for speed and

accuracy, Pave’s Zukron CNC rotational

wire forming machine has been

developed to produce extremely long

surface length wire products, in both

simple and complex three-dimensional

shapes, quickly and cost effectively.

Designed and built in Pave’s UK

production facility, the competitively

priced Zukron utilises the latest wire

forming technology to deliver accurate

and consistent twist- and mark-free

finished form products. The machine has

a fast, versatile 360-degree continuously

rotating head and incorporates Pave’s

‘Trueline’ front-end wire stabiliser and

patented straightening system.

Compact, robust and reliable, the

Zukron can process short and long

length wire products up to 10mm (3/8")

in diameter. Like all Pave machines,

set-up and changeover times are fast

and the Zukron’s fully automated

user-friendly CNC operation ensures

economical production.

Pave’s

comprehensive

range

of

high-performance machines includes

user-friendly single- and twin-head

wire forming centres to suit a range of

applications.

Zukron CNC wire forming machine from Pave

The magnetic Transporter™CA (cylinder

actuated) from Industrial Magnetics Inc,

is designed for automated transfer or

manually operated material handling

applications of heavy steel parts and

offers numerous options for pick-up

points on odd-shaped stamped, forged

and formed parts or for complete part

assemblies.

The magnetic Transporter-CA can be

placed on robotic end-of-arm tooling,

cranes, or other operator assisted

lifting devices to ergonomically and

magnetically lift and rotate heavy and

awkward steel parts, such as springs

or cylinders, from horizontal to vertical

orientation or vice-versa.

The application pictured here is of a

magnetic Transporter-CA designed to

lift an 18lb, heavy-duty truck spring –

measuring 6" in diameter and 17" long

– out of its shipping container, and to

rotate it by 90 degrees for placement

into the assembly line.

Other applications include loading

springs and formed parts onto paint

lines, removing parts from storage totes

or bins and placing finished parts into

shipping containers.

The Magnetic Transporter-CA saves

the operator from repetitive bending

and lifting of heavy parts and helps

prevent painful and costly injuries.

The permanent magnet positively

holds springs and parts, requires no

electricity and uses minimal shop air

to activate and deactivate the magnet.

The non-marring on/off release will not

damage spring paint or coatings.
