any people start exercising and then lose motivation along
the way. Think of the classic New Years’ resolution to get
in shape or go to the gym more often. By February, most of
those people who were so excited to work out have stopped exercis-
ing. It’s hard to stay motivated to exercise when there’s so much else
going on!
