dedicated specialists – meet some
key members of this team below.
Tony Fawcett -
Executive Director
Tony assumes overall responsibility for the
day-to-day management and direction
of Thistle Tenant Risks. He has over 45
years of experience in the personal lines
insurance sector and has spent the last
15 years developing Thistle Tenant Risks.
Dean Seager –
Development Director
Dean has over 20 year’s experience
in the insurance industry, 12 of which
were as an Associate Director at
another broker with responsibility for the
management of the company’s Tenants
Contents Insurance schemes across the
UK. Dean has been with Thistle Tenant
Risks for over five years.
Allison Williamson -
Account Director
Allison has recently joined Thistle having
previously worked within the Tenants
Contents Insurance Market for another
provider. Allison has over 20 years of
experience within the sector.
Sally Alvey –
Scheme Manager
Sally is responsible for the overall scheme
client relationship working with the
Account Managers to provide with her
team full marketing support, scheme
documentation and the on-going delivery
of a quality scheme. Sally previously
worked for another broker in a similar role.
Emma Long –
Administration Director
Emma manages our in-house, arm’s-
length administration team. Emma is
responsible for the daily administration
and contact with tenants regarding their
individual insurance.
Jo Rees –
Systems Manager
Jo is responsible for our arms-length policy
administration system and also provides
support to those clients who use the software
to administer their own with rent scheme
