CBIZ has been operating as a professional services business since 1996, and built its professional services
business through acquiring accounting, benefits, technology, valuation, medical billing and other service firms
throughout the United States. Effective August 4, 2006, CBIZ transferred the listing of its common stock to the
New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) under the symbol “CBZ”. Prior to August 4, 2006, CBIZ’s common stock was
traded on the NASDAQ National Market under the symbol “CBIZ”.
