Bill Pay – Pending/Processed/Canceled Details
To view details of a payment previously processed or canceled or to terminate
a pending payment, simply select the appropriate entry from the payment
panel located at the right-hand side of the payment screen.
1.
Review confirmed payment information for accuracy.
2.
Simply click
Cancel Payment
to terminate a pending payment.
The option to Cancel a payment displayed in the example below is
available since the payment has not yet been made.
