air pressure and creates 617lb of cutting

force.

The MR30A is capable of cutting 0.13"

diameter copper, 0.11" diameter steel and

0.047" diameter piano wire with diagonal,

clipper or end type cuts, depending on die.

Diagonal carbide blades are also available.

The tool is seven inches long and weighs just

1.2lb.

An optional combination air filter, regulator

and lubricator is available for use with the

MR30A.

Mission critical cable?

Cicoil's durable flat cable assemblies

are designed for use in targeting pods,

thermographic cameras and infrared sight

systems where performance is critical.

The compact Flexx-Sil™ encased flat

cable solutions are engineered to provide

consistent electrical characteristics, space

andweight savings, and EMI/RFI suppression

with optimum cable flexibility.

Cicoil encapsulates individual components

in a shock-absorbing jacket that renders

them unaffected by repeated exposure

to severe vibration, humidity, extreme

temperatures,

turbulent

flight

and

other environmental challenges. The

combination of features makes Cicoil flat

cable assemblies an alternative to formed

flat cables, wire harnesses and bulky round

cables in targeting and vision system

applications.

Each Cicoil flat cable can incorporate a

variety of components including power

conductors, shielded control wires,

multi-layer shielding options and Cicoil's

patented StripMount™ fastening strip, all

combined in a single condensed cable

design. Cables are available in continuous

lengths, break-outs, custom shapes for very

tight spaces, cut to order or as assemblies.

The self-healing Flexx-Sil™ encapsulation

needs no external protection, is tear

resistant and is said to withstand over ten

million cycles, even under tight bending

radius and high speed flexing conditions.

has been designed to overcome the

security and performance faults found in

tamperproof screws.

“After ten years of developing new cold

heading methods to improve security, now

we’re making our security screws perform

better. Security screws are expensive to

manufacture. By making themeasier to use,

the owner may recoup costs in installation,”

explained Bryce Campbell, president and

CEO of Bryce Fastener Inc.
