WINES OF CENTRAL ITALY

Toscana IGT Corbaia

Named for the vineyard of Cabernet Sauvignon planted in Bossi more than 40 years ago, this Super-

Tuscan is a blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon. Corbaia is stainless steel-fermented and

matured in Allier oak barriques, which results in a wine of superb finesse and elegance.

Vin San Laurentino Toscana IGT

This classic Italian dessert wine is named after San Laurentino, the patron saint of the church located

in the village of Bossi. It is made from grapes that are dried for five months to achieve optimal

concentration of flavors and sugars, followed by a slow fermentation and lengthy maturation in

traditional caratelli casks.
