Hand Tools

General notes:

PFERD precision files meet the highest standards

of dimensional accuracy, cutting performance and tool life.

Precision files compared to workshop files are smaller, handier and

more precise in their geometry. They are used in fixture and tool

machining, especially for producing tools for punching, forming,

forging, stamping series of articles, etc. One also needs precision

files for installing and constructing complex devices and machines

that require the highest precision.

Design: Form A,

flat blunt, rectangular, with tang and hewn

on 3 sides.

Application:

Suitable for processing rectangular geometries

and deburring. Can also be used for precision surface

machining.
