Design:

Galvanic bound in hard-chrome-plated precision design.

Total length 140 mm, diamond facing length 70 mm, shaft ∅ 3 mm.

Original Swiss basic body made of ground and forged special file

steel. Universal granulation size D 126 medium (according to the

FEPA standard).

Application:

For precise (re) processing workpieces/tools (e.g.,

punching, cutting and pressing tools) in machine and mould. In

addition, for deburring and processing of GFK and related materials,

of HM and ceramics prior to and after sintering, graphite, ferrite,

cast HSS etc.

General notes:

Due to the abrasive coating, high grip, material

removal rate and profile/edge stability are achieved under light

pressure. Diamond files are also suitable for very hard surfaces,

plastics, hardened steel, hard metals, glass, ceramics, non-ferrous

metals, super nickel alloys, armouring and ferrite.

Higher pressure does not achieve a better file outcome,

but damages the file.
