Revolving tailstock centre - PRO
Design:
Body and tip drop forged, hardened and ground. Moving
point is regrindable for several times and shank-mounted,
with low
60° VL tip angle deflection.
The precision bearing is protected from
dirt and coolant by the special lip seal. The shank is ground, with
hole for easy dismantling.
Clamping force can be directly read in daN from the manometer.
Pressure equalisation is done via disc springs.
Application:
Particularly suitable as tail centre to face drivers, to
determine and maintain the clamping force as well as to clamp long,
slim workpieces to prevent deflections.

Revolving tailstock centre - AC-VL CONTROL extended
Design:
Fully hardened and ground. Supplied in wooden case.
Application:
Versatile by simple and fast replacement of the
centring inserts using the lifter.
Scope of delivery:
Revolving lathe centre with 3 inserts
(60°, 90° and 60° VL), 1 hollow body 60°, 2 hollow bodies
for non-centred workpieces (Form A and B) and 1 lifter.
Note:
Individual inserts and hollow bodies upon request.
