One spoon sugar.
One egg.
One jigger Sherry wine.
Shake well, strain into a star glass.
Add a cherry, nutmeg on top and serve.
Whiskey.
Same as Sherry using Whiskey in place of Sherry wine.

Use a sherry glass.
Fill with shaved ice.
Pour Cordial or Liqueur on top of ice.
Cut a straw in half, insert in ice.
